DPS ASSOCIATION MANAGEMENT (DPS-AM)

Association Manager

The Association Manager is a key member of the DPS-AM team, responsible for providing Executive Director services to DPS-AM clients to develop strong, productive client relationships for the long-term. This role offers the opportunity to develop a broad range of association management skills and experience, providing a strong foundation for career growth within the association management industry or the nonprofit sector. If you thrive on variety, are organized, enjoy learning multiple disciplines, and are eager to avoid boredom on the job while developing your skills, this could be the perfect role for you. Membership and Marketing Specialist

The Membership and Marketing Specialist is a key member on the DPS-AM team, responsible for engaging with assigned clients to execute their membership, marketing, and event strategies. This role offers the opportunity to develop a broad range of association management skills and experience, providing a strong foundation for career growth within the association management industry or the nonprofit sector. The Membership & Marketing Specialist will focus on supporting, developing, and guiding nonprofit volunteer leaders and members. Key responsibilities include marketing, member engagement, and client management to drive attendance at seminars, webinars, and virtual events. This is a full-time position that reports to the Senior Manager, Association Management Services at DPS-AM.

Account Coordinator

As an Account Coordinator for Development, you’ll support our team in maintaining relationships with corporate sponsors, group registrants, and other key stakeholders. This entry-level role provides an excellent foundation in account management and development in a nonprofit environment. The Account Coordinator will assist in coordinating sponsorship and enterprise activities to support DRI’s mission and goals. This role offers the opportunity to develop valuable client relations skills while gaining exposure to the nonprofit sector and legal industry.

PROGRAMMING / MEETINGS

Director of Programming

The Director of Programming oversees the coordination and execution of all DRI seminars and meetings, including the Annual Meeting, regional and specialty meetings as well as continuing legal education (CLE) seminars. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of meeting planning, including venue selection, contract negotiation, vendor coordination, and on-site logistics. The Director of Meeting Services will lead a team to ensure a seamless event and adherence to budgetary and organizational objectives. The Director collaborates with internal departments, volunteer leaders, and external vendors to develop and execute high-quality events that enhance member engagement and align with DRI’s mission.
