Matthew J. Camardella

Matthew J. Camardella is a Principal in the Long Island, New York, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He is the Co-Chair of the Jackson Lewis Affirmative Action & OFCCP Defense Group. Mr. Camardella directs the preparation of more than 400 AAPs each year and has defended hundreds of OFCCP audits for a broad range of employers across the country. He also serves as the Practice Group lead on responding to OFCCP allegations of class-based discrimination. He regularly counsels clients about the design and implementation of company-wide AAP structures, applicant flow tracking systems, and other complex "real world compliance issues. He spends significant time advising clients on their compensation practices and directing pay equity analyses.

She is a nationally sought out speaker on diversity, inclusion, leadership, and belonging topics and is a member of DRI's Women in the Law leadership team.


Katherine Y.K. Cheung

Katherine Y.K. Cheung has served as Vice President and Senior Counsel in the Employment Group at Marriott International, Inc. for the past eight years. Kathy also was Vice President, Employment Law at U.S. Foodservice for five years. Prior to that, she was with the Equal Employment Advisory Council, an employer membership group that keeps employers abreast of cases, laws, and regulations. Earlier in her career, Kathy worked at the U.S. Department of Commerce and Hogan Lovells and clerked for Judge Hargrove on the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. Kathy is a graduate of Harvard Law School and Harvard College.

Prior to her appointment to the EEOC, Commissioner Feldblum was a Professor of Law at the Georgetown University Law Center for 18 years and prior to that, a lawyer with the national office of the ACLU. During those years, she played a leading role in drafting and negotiating various laws and bills, including the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, the ADA Amendments Act of 2008, and the Employment Nondiscrimination Act.

Farrah Fielder serves as General Counsel for the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO), where she focuses on federal and state legislation and regulation, including the IRS PEO certification program, healthcare issues, workers' compensation policy, and other matters that affect the professional employer organization (PEO) industry. Prior to NAPEO, Farrah was General Counsel for several national PEOs. Before entering the PEO industry, she defended corporate clients with regard to employment matters, medical malpractice and products liability.
