The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Resources provided here are all available to provide help for lawyers, friends and family in crisis. There are many resources available to help with mental illness, substance abuse and addiction. The below list is far from exhaustive. There are countless organizations and individuals who have the knowledge, experience and willingness to help. The resources identified are generally secular. However, many faith-based options are available as well. If you seek one of those resources, you can contact DRI for Life Committee Vice Chair, Brett Ross at (205) 949-2938 or bross@carrallison.com to help you locate an outlet that can provide the type of assistance you feel may be best suited for your needs.
