Seminar Sponsorships

DRI offers firms and companies the exclusive opportunity to sponsor events (breakfasts, breaks, etc.) at our seminars. This is a great chance for a firm or company to increase its visibility to seminar attendees. Sponsors can choose from Tier 1 (100 to 399 attendees), or Tier 2 seminars (400+ attendees) DRI also limits the number of sponsors per seminar and event to maximize the exposure of each sponsor.   • Company logo in seminar brochure
  • Advance registration list
  • Use of the DRI app to message attendees
  • On-site signage
  • PowerPoint sponsor acknowledgement

  • Standard display table (adjacent to entrance of the sponsored event - available for breakfast and networking reception sponsorships and only for the duration of sponsored event)

BOOTH PACKAGE

The booth rental fee is $3,000 for an in-line booth; $3,500 for a corner booth. Booth space is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

RENTAL FEE INCLUDES:

  • 10' x 10' or 8' x 10' booth in Exhibit Hall
  • 6' skirted table
  • Two chairs
  • Wastebasket
  • Identification sign
  • Advance registration list provided two (2) to three (3) weeks in advance of the conference
  • Final roster of attendees provided four (4) to six (6) weeks after the conference
  • Company contact information and 50-word description in the On-Site Program distributed to all attendees
  • Admission to educational sessions and social events
  • Four (4) complimentary badges included; additional badges available at $50 each
