Registration fees are non-refundable; however, if you request a refund within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase, DRI may, in its sole discretion, refund or credit your account. All cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing, fax (312.795.0747) or email (seminars@dri.org) to DRI’s Accounting Department. Processing of refunds will usually occur within four weeks after the date of the event. All refunds will be processed in the same method that the payment was received.

Registrations may only be transferred with prior written approval from DRI. DRI has sole discretion to determine if a registration transfer will occur. All registration transfer requests must be made in writing, fax (312.795.0747) or email (seminars@dri.org) to DRI’s Accounting Department at least twenty-four (24) hours before the event.
