Bolanle Akinrimisi

Bolanle Akinrimisi is responsible for handling a wide variety of errors and omissions (E&O) claims and specializes in handling cyber claims. Prior to joining the company, Bolanle spent three years as an Assistant District Attorney with the Kings County District Attorney's office in Brooklyn, NY. Bolanle also worked in private practice spending two years with a plaintiff's medical malpractice firm in Brooklyn, NY. Bolanle earned her B.S. from Northeastern University and earned her J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law.


Jessica Anderson

Jessica Anderson is a Chief Claims Specialist in the Professional Liability Unit at RSUI Group, Inc. She is a "double gator, " receiving her Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations, and Juris Doctor from The University of Florida. Jessica joined RSUI's Professional Liability Claims Department after years of litigating as a trial lawyer in various areas, including: commercial, employment and general liability claims. She is an active member of both the Florida and Georgia Bars.

Eric S. Cohen

Eric S. Cohen counsels clients in a broad spectrum of professional liability and business and commercial lawsuits, including negligence and breach of duty causes of action. He frequently represents contractors, property managers, design professionals, and others in the construction field, as well as corporate directors and officers. Eric also counsels clients in the defense of consumer protection statutes, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and state consumer protection laws. In the area of directors and officers liability coverage, highlights of his professional experience include successfully moving to have misrepresentation claims dismissed against the CEO of a national company seeking in excess of $70 million. The plaintiff, an international bank, could not appeal the trial court's decision. Eric also successfully moved to dismiss numerous claims against design professional clients and their insurers, avoiding prolonged involvement in litigation and accompanying business interruption. At Hofstra University School of Law, Eric participated in the Hofstra Housing Litigation Clinic, where he conducted multiple trials as a student intern, and was associate news editor of the college's newspaper. At Queens College, Eric was sole recipient of the Pi Sigma Alpha Award for Academic Excellence.

Prior to joining CNA, he served as Chief of Staff and General Counsel for the Office of Executive Inspector General for the Agencies of the Illinois Governor and practiced law with two Chicago based law firms. Prior to joining Endurance, Marissa was a Complex Claim Director at AIG for over seven years in the Network Security group, where she specialized in handling high-value cyber, technology and media claims. In her role at AIG, Marissa managed a wide variety of high-exposure claims for nationally-recognizable corporations in a wide variety of sectors including banking, hospitality, software development, entertainment, education, technology, retail, and health care. Before AIG, Marissa had her own private law practice in New York, specializing in commercial and residential real estate, as well as trusts and estates and general corporate work. Prior to that, Marissa worked at several New-York based law firms where she specialized in representing lenders, buyers and sellers in commercial and residential real estate transactions, and working with clients on general corporate transactions. Before those firms, Marissa worked for a firm where she specialized in entertainment law, representing actors, singers and other performers. Marissa is a member of the New York and New Jersey Bars, and is also admitted to the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. She received a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and a B.A. from The George Washington University.

She advises clients on the data protection and regulatory compliance laws applicable to clients' businesses and develops proactive plans to reduce the risk of a data breach. She also provides counseling on appropriate policies and procedures, and assists with training employees and implementing data breach incident response plans as well as remedial action in response to a cyber breach. As a Certified Civil Trial Attorney, Ms. Randall's strong litigation background and experience allow her to provide post-breach guidance to clients relevant to statutory notification requirements, class action litigation, regulatory actions, forensics and public relations assistance. She also served as the head of global risk operations at Groupon, where she led a 150-person team that was responsible for financial, legal, public relations and risk mitigation in 48 countries, as well as for driving data-driven process change across all departments. Spurlock was a practicing attorney for 11 years before shifting to risk management.
