Nancy D. Adams, CPCU is partner and member of the Insurance, Reinsurance, Investigations & Risk Management Practice at Mintz Levin in Boston. She has extensive experience representing and advising primary and excess admitted, surplus and specialty lines insurers on the business and legal implications of a variety of complex coverage issues involving both commercial and personal lines of insurance. Her practice has involved representing insurers in state bankruptcy, and federal courts across the country. Jordan E. Clay

Jordan E. Clay graduated from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law in 1989. He was a visiting scholar in the University of Hong Kong, LLM program in 1988, clerked for Chief Judge Frank Q. Nebeker of the United States Court of Veterans Appeals in Washington, D.C., 1989-1990 and was a Partner in the Wichita, Kansas law firm of Fleeson, Gooing, Coulson & Kitch, LLC, where he worked from 1990 to 1999. In 1999 he accepted a position as in-house counsel with State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company at its home office in Bloomington, Illinois. His work at State Farm has primarily focused on the defense of extra-contractual suits filed against his client. He has also provided counsel to the Claims department on the auto damage service program, litigation counsel to the Subrogation Unit, and counsel to the client on product liability and public relations issues.
