Amy Madl, PhD, DABTis a Senior Principal Health Scientist with Cardno ChemRisk. She has a M.S. and Ph.D. in Pharmacology and toxicology, is a Diplomate of the American Board of Toxicology (DABT), and has focused her academic and consulting experience in the field of inhalation toxicology. She has 20 years of experience in the sampling and analysis, toxicology, exposure, and human health risk assessment of airborne chemicals in occupational and residential settings, as well as in safety evaluation of contaminants associated with medical devices and consumer products. Dr. Madl has published over 85 abstracts, book chapters and peer-reviewed papers on various exposure, toxicology, and risk-related topics.

Christopher (Kip) Makuc is a Managing Director at PACE Claims Services, LLC in Washington, DC. Mr. Makuc has significant experience providing accounting, financial, and litigation support services to clients involved in mass torts, particularly asbestos bodily injury claims.
