Booth PackageThe booth rental fee is $3,000 for an in-line booth; $3,500 for a corner booth. Booth space is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Rental Fee Includes:
- 10' x 10' or 8' x 10' booth in Exhibit Hall
- 6' skirted table
- Two chairs
- Identification sign
- Pre-registration list provided two (2) to three (3) weeks in advance of the conference
- Final roster of attendees provided four (4) to six (6) weeks after the conference
- Company contact information and 50-word description in the On-Site Program distributed to all attendees
- Admission to educational sessions and social events
- Four (4) complimentary badges included; additional badges available at $50 each
