    DRI’s Annual Young Lawyers Seminar is a unique program designed to help young lawyers enhance their skills and learn how to market those skills effectively to individuals inside and outside of the office.     Investigating Construction Incidents (Webinar)

    Investigations of construction injury claims typically address the cause of the incident and claimed injuries. Construction incidents involve a number of factors related to engineering, biomechanics, human factors, and the environment. A comprehensive analysis of all these factors is required to evaluate the cause of the incident and claimed injuries. This presentation will outline a variety of construction incidents and show how the factors surrounding the incident interact. The incidents discussed will include falls and injuries involving tools and equipment. The presentation will discuss relevant codes and regulations and address typical injuries related to each scenario, including the biomechanical injury mechanisms.
