Refund and Cancellation Policy: The registration fee is fully refundable for cancellations received on or before August 24th. Cancellations received between August 25th and September 24th will receive a refund, less a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after September 24th. All cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing. Substitutions may be made at anytime without charge. All refunds will be processed and mailed within four weeks after the conclusion of the Annual Meeting.

To ensure your name is listed on the advance registration list distributed at the Annual Meeting, DRI must receive your registration on or before September 24, 2008. Registration received after September 24 will be processed on-site.

Please make your room reservations directly with the hotel at 504.525.2500, and be sure to mention the DRI 2008 Annual Meeting to be eligible for the special rates: Standard Room $219 single/double or Club Level Room $249 single/double. Rooms are limited and available on a firstcome, first-served basis. Reservations must be made by Wednesday, September 24, 2008, to guarantee these special rates. After September 24th or sooner if room block capacity is reached, the DRI rate will not be guaranteed and may no longer be available. All reservations require a credit card guarantee
or a deposit of the first night’s room and tax. This deposit is non-refundable if canceled within 48 hours of the arrival date.
